Original blogs
Reader, Supporters and others who have got lost on the internet and come across my blog...
In writing this blog i can't help but wonder what was the original purpose of blogs, and then after some research, i discovered that blogs were originally used as bulletin board systems (BBS) and was used to post messages on a metaphorical cork board. However these messages were out of order making the newest posts at the bottom of the page which of much inconvenience, but after some tweaking people developed online blogging software. Since then blog became more like an online diary where people would express information about elements of their lives. I think some blogs are boring because some people's lives aren't as interesting as they may have perceived such as this blog but i suppose everyone view of blogs are different. Although I do think it is amazing that they have pinpointed the first blog down to one person swarthmore college. I hope one day i can write an interesting blog that people would read but until then it is just you and me my reader.... thankyou
HEY! HAHA! Awesome Blog. I found that this post I'm commenting is very enlightening. It is interesting how one small little idea can develop into a multi-million dollar industry... Wish I was one of those people! I mean look at Myspace, Tom- the creator, signed a $900 million dollar deal with Google, to provide a google search facility and advertising on the website. Or... We can look at You Tube!!!! With Google buying out the previous owners for $1.65 billion in Google stock... WOOOO I WANT IT!!!
